Our Story

We are two brothers that love Lebanese cuisine, especially the appetizers, platters, wraps, and condiments. They are delicious, healthy and easy to eat on the go. And seeing that Londoners are always on the go, we decided to set up a mobile Lebanese food machine!

It's been almost a year now, and we our truck business is booming. It's a joy serving both those who know and love and are seeking Lebanese cuisine, and those that have never tried it but are looking to broaden their palate.
